Does Pollen offer a free trial?

Yes! All brands are welcome to try PollenOS for free via the Starter plan.

What is your refund policy?

Upon receiving a formal request for a refund, we will close your account and prorate the remaining calendar days on your plan. This sum will then be refunded to the payment method used, though processing times may vary by bank or credit card.

Can I upgrade to a higher tier plan mid-month?

Absolutely! Simply get in touch with us and we'll be happy to upgrade you. The fee paid for your previous plan will be used to offset the updated pricing, and we'll only charge you the difference.

Do you offer team plans?

PollenOS is built to accommodate multiple users from the same organization. Each individual who signs up via Pollen Pass will be assigned to their company's account (if it already exists) or asked to set up a new company account (with the option of inviting other users). Can I downgrade my plan mid-month?

Yes. Simply get in touch with us and we'll pro-rate the monthly fee paid by remaining calendar days. Please note, however, if active SKUs or usage of our AI assistants has exceeded the limits on the lower plan, we will not be able to downgrade your plan until the following month.

What is Pollen Pass? How does it work with PollenOS?

Pollen Pass is Pollen's proprietary membership system, which is integrated into PollenOS. Signing up via Pollen Pass allows brands to access PollenOS and our AI assistants.

Pollen Pass accounts are at both a company level and an individual level - with two separate IDs for each. The company ID will be the same for all individuals from the same organization, in order to allow for better team coordination. Access levels can be set by team admins within Pollen Pass.
